DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. et al, was filed in the Bergen County division of the New Jersey Superior Court and was scheduled to go to trial on October 21, 2013 before the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti. There are few details about the settlement available at this time and, as with prior Depuy hip settlements, the terms will likely remain confidential.
