Tuesday June 30th was the ninth “Lawyers Have Heart” Road Race and Summer Celebration at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston. The annual event benefits the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association, raising money to build healthier lives free of heart disease and strokes. The Thornton Law Firm team, organized by associate attorney Leah McMorris, consisted of Leah, Brian Brazeau, Tony Childs, Abby Eshghi, Evan Hoffman, Lynn Hu, Quincy Kayton, and Leslie Taylor. This is our second time participating in this terrific event. Over 95 law firms and more than 1800 participants raised over $308,000 towards this year’s goal of $335,000.
